The transformation of CO2 into chemical building blocks is essential for a net‐zero energy future. Plasma‐chemical processing offers promising potential to achieve this. Here, we explore a temperature‐dependent plasma‐chemical reaction mechanism, revealing a shift from electron‐driven to thermal‐driven CO2 conversion regimes.

The synthesis of chemically recyclable polyhexahydrotriazine (PHT) aerogels, using N,N‐dimethyl lactamide, a nontoxic, label‐free solvent, is presented. This study develops solar steam generators using waste fabric. Cotton fabric heat‐treated at 400 °C for 1 h exhibits 94.7% light absorbance and an evaporation rate of 2.66 kg (m−2 h−1). The method leverages artificial 3D structures to provide a cost‐effective and sustainable solution for steam generation.
