LOW VOLTAGE LOW POWER FULLY DIFFERENTIAL BUFFER
Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2009In this paper a useful CMOS fully-differential buffer topology is presented. The proposed solution, performing the common mode feedback operation, shows a rail-to-rail characteristic, so it is particularly suitable for low-voltage (± 0.75 V) low-power (< 400 μW) applications. The simulated results have shown excellent general performance, evaluated

Low-voltage low-power current mode exponential circuit
IEE Proceedings - Circuits, Devices and Systems, 2005The translinear principle is applied to obtain a low-voltage low-power current mode exponential circuit. The circuit approximates the exponential function through Taylor's series. The total power consumption of this circuit is below 3.5 /spl mu/W with 1 V supply voltage.

Low voltage swing gates for low power consumption
ISCAS'99. Proceedings of the 1999 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems VLSI (Cat. No.99CH36349), 2003A low swing voltage design technique is proposed. The new design could be used successfully in order to decrease the power dissipation in Complementary Pass-Transistor Logic (CPL) as in Cascade Voltage Switch Logic (CVSL) logic gates. The achieved gate output voltage-level swing reduction, results in a significant reduction of their power consumption ...

Versatile low voltage low power op-amp design
Emerging Technologies: Designing Low Power Digital Systems, 2002In this chapter we will look at low voltage operational amplifier design from a system level approach. Based on the system and application, the most suitable amplifier structure will change, and we will introduce an architecture that is modular in nature, and thus can easily be modified for a given application.
