Optically Transparent Metamaterial Absorber with Low Infrared Emissivity

In this work a broadband optically transparent flexible metamaterial wave absorber with low infrared emissivity is proposed. A broadband microwave absorption rate of greater than 90% from 4.44 to 20.65 GHz with a low infrared emissivity of 0.36 was obtained.

Preparation, Characterization of Low Infrared Emissivity Stealth Coating

Abstract : A Michelson interferometer is used to measure infrared radiation in emission from a gaseous discharge column. The discharge column is contained in a 30-meter pathlength cell using a 12-meter central electrode. By optically triple passing, the equivalent pathlength achieved through the discharge column is 36 meters.
