Low Noise Low Power Amplifiers
2013Various of noise sources in CMOS technology are introduced in this chapter, including KT/C noise, flicker noise, resistor and MOSFET’s thermal noise, etc. In order to decrease or even get rid of the noise especially the lower frequency noise, different kinds of low noise amplifiers are described. Then a design example is introduced.
