The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Reducing Power Dissipation in SRAM during Test
In this paper we analyze the power consumption of SRAM memories and demonstrate that the full functional pre-charge activity is not necessary during test because of the predictable addressing sequence.

Low-Power Consumption Design and Optimization of New Artificial Anal Sphincter
Based on the hardware of the new artificial anal sphincter system, this paper analyzes the power consumption of each module. After low-power consumption design and reasonable setting of the sampling period, the system power consumption is significantly ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Soft Error-Aware Design Optimization of Low Power and Time-Constrained Embedded Systems [PDF]
In this paper, we present the first study that examines the impact of application task mapping on the reliability of multiprocessor system-on-chip (MPSoC) in the presence of single-event upsets (SEUs).

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Low power and low voltage CMOS digital circuit techniques
One of many important factors affecting power consumption is the choice of circuit technique for logic, latches and flip-flops. We analyze the power consumption at circuit level and use the results to guide the choice of circuit technique.

2.45 GHz Power and Data Transmission for a Low-Power Autonomous Sensors Platform [PDF]
This paper describes a power conversion and data recovery system for a microwave powered sensor platform. A patch microwave antenna, a matching filter and a rectifier make the system front-end and implement the RF-to-DC conversion of power carrier.
