Class “A” - Low Pressure Materials for Low Pressure Processes
SAE Technical Paper Series, 1995<div class="htmlview paragraph">As the composites industry struggles to give a competitive edge to customers while continuing to be safe, efficient and good product stewards, the industry must continually reevaluate older processes with new materials. Years ago sheet molding compound (SMC) was the only way to achieve Class “A” surfaces.

Low-Pressure Cardiac Tamponade
Annals of Internal Medicine, 1979An elderly man developed cardiac tamponade from a tuberculous pericardial effusion but without such typical manifestations as pulsus paradoxus and jugular-vein distension. This case illustrates the difficulties in clinical recognition of low-pressure cardiac tamponade, which can develop in the presence of dehydration and hypovolemia.

Low-Pressure Workouts for Hypertension
The Physician and Sportsmedicine, 1998Regular exercise is a central part of your program for controlling hypertension (high blood pressure). For most people who have hypertension, a few sessions of moderate physical activity each week will reduce blood pressure significantly and lower the risk of stroke and heart attack.

The Genesis of Low Pressure Hydrocephalus
Neurocritical Care, 2011Low pressure hydrocephalus (LPH) is an uncommon entity. Recognition of this treatable condition is important when clinicians are faced with the paradox of symptomatic hydrocephalus despite low intracranial pressures (ICP). Its etiology remains enigmatic. We identified patients with LPH from the prospective, inpatient neuro-intensive care database over a

The deposition process of epitaxial layers on Si substrates under low-pressure conditions has been studied with respect to bipolar devices for VLSI. Epitaxial deposition was carried out in the temperature range from 850 to 1060/spl deg/C and in the pressure range from 30 to 760 torr with SiH/sub 4/ and SiH/sub 2/Cl/sub 2/ as Si sources. By reducing the

Low-pressure detachment nanolithography
Nanotechnology, 2006A simple, one-step method is developed to fabricate various nanostructures such as nanoholes and nanolines based on the detachment of an organic polymer film in contact with a patterned polyurethane acrylate mould under a low physical pressure (1-2 bar) at ambient conditions.

Reignition of an Arc at Low Pressures
Transactions of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, 1934An investigation of factors influencing the reignition potential of an alternating current arc at low pressure is reported in this paper. The investigation was undertaken to determine if such data could throw more light on the transition from a glow discharge to an arc. The results are consistent with a theory proposed previously by one of the authors.
