AI‐Based D‐Amino Acid Substitution for Optimizing Antimicrobial Peptides to Treat Multidrug‐Resistant Bacterial Infection

This study constructed the first D‐amino acid antimicrobial peptide dataset and developed an AI model for efficient screening of substitution sites, with 80% of candidate peptides showing enhanced activity. Rapid and Direct Detection of Methamphetamine in Biofluids using a MXene‐Enabled Electrochemical Sensor

A MXene‐enhanced electrochemical sensor enables the rapid and direct detection of methamphetamine. Molecular simulations reveal that specific MXene surface functional groups act as key signal amplifiers by facilitating interfacial interactions. The sensor demonstrates high sensitivity and robust performance in complex biological matrices.
