PICALM::MLLT10 translocated leukemia
This comprehensive review of PICALM::MLLT10 translocated acute leukemia provides an in‐depth review of the structure and function of CALM, AF10, and the fusion oncoprotein (1). The multifaceted molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis, including nucleocytoplasmic shuttling (2), epigenetic modifications (3), and disruption of endocytosis (4), are then ...

A Wideband Quad-Polarization Reconfigurable Metasurface Antenna
A low-profile wideband metasurface antenna with quad-polarization reconfiguration ability is presented in this paper. The proposed metasurface antenna is composed of a square patch, a metasurface formed by a lattice of 4 × 4 periodic metal plates,

The 2D dynamics of radiative zones of low-mass stars
In the context of secular evolution, we describe the dynamics of the radiative core of low-mass stars to understand the internal transport of angular momentum in such stars which results in a solid rotation in the Sun from 0.7R_sun to 0.2R_sun and a weak

Bone metastasis in prostate cancer (PCa) patients is a clinical hurdle due to the poor understanding of the supportive bone microenvironment. Here, we identify stearoyl‐CoA desaturase (SCD) as a tumor‐promoting enzyme and potential therapeutic target in bone metastatic PCa.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

A Novel Methodology for Gain Enhancement of the Fabry-Pérot Antenna
A significant problem that is encountered with the traditional Fabry-Pérot cavity (FPC) antenna is the nonuniform phase distribution inside the cavity, which adversely affects the radiation characteristics of the antenna.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.
