A revision of the lower Cretaceous stratigraphy of Lebanon
Geologische Rundschau, 1983The lithostratigraphic nomenclature of the lower Cretaceous strata of Lebanon is completely revised. Four formations are defined in place of the existing complex of informal nomenclature. In ascending order these are the Chouf Sandstone Formation, the Abeih Formation, the Mdairej Limestone Formation and the Hammana Formation.

Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous crinoids of northern Turkey
1987Systematics, phylogeny and stratigraphy of fossil crinoids coming from sediments of the Northern Anatolian (Turkey) are discussed. Neodadocrinus tokayi n.gen. n.sp. and Bilecicrinus anatolicus n.gen. n.sp. are described. Besides faunal relationships during the Jurassic between Europe and Northern Turkey are hypothesized.
