With surface modification, the targeted, PEGylated LPD increased the delivery efficiency by four‐fold and the gene‐silencing effect by two‐ to three‐fold.

LPD-17 Topside Aerodynamic Study: FEFLO
2000Abstract : The unsteady air flow over the aft deck of the LPD-l7 is computed. The primary goal of this project is to demonstrate that a computational capability is available to confidently predict the airwake about ship superstructures. The unstructured mesh-based incompressible flow solver, FEFLO, is used to compute this unsteady flow.
