Autophagy signaling in hypertrophied muscles of diabetic and control rats
We analyzed autophagy proteins in extensor digitorum longus (EDL) and soleus muscles of control and diabetic rats after 7 days of hypertrophy. Basal autophagy proteins were higher in EDL. Diabetes did not affect the hypertrophy or autophagy in either muscle. Soleus showed increased autophagy signaling after hypertrophy.

Abstract To evaluate the chest computed tomography (CT) findings of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID‐19) on admission to hospital. And then correlate CT pulmonary infiltrates involvement with the findings of emphysema. We analyzed the different infiltrates of COVID‐19 pneumonia using emphysema as the grade of pneumonia.

The prospective, simple randomized study assesses the effect of focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy (f‐ESWT) on pain intensity and calcification size compared to the application of ultrasound physical therapy in treating patients with calcar calcanei. A total of 124 patients diagnosed with calcar calcanei were consecutively included in the study.

A new dynamic model for a two‐input two‐path split torque transmission system which considers meshing error, time‐varying meshing stiffness, and meshing‐in impact is proposed. Time‐varying meshing stiffness and meshing‐in impact of each gear pair are accurately calculated based on tooth contact analysis and loaded tooth contact analysis.
