Clinical Neurology and Neurosurgery, 1978Summary A girl aged ten months with a traumatic lumbosacral meningocele is described. Surgical exploration and intervention was not carried out. Recovery of function was complete. Subsequently the various forms of dural sac deformation are discussed.
