Nanotherapies for Atherosclerosis: Targeting, Catalysis, and Energy Transduction
Atherosclerosis management is hindered by poor drug targeting and plaque heterogeneity. Nanotechnology overcomes these barriers via three core strategies: (1) target‐engineered nanocarriers that achieve lesion‐specific precision via ligand modification, biomimetic camouflage, stimuli‐responsive release, and self‐propelling nanomotors; (2) catalytic ...

CORE: Cholesterol Altered Lipid Nanoparticles for Splenic Expression of mRNA Payloads
In this paper researchers introduce CORE LNPs, a new class of lipid nanoparticles engineered to redirect mRNA expression away from the liver and into the spleen, a key immune organ. By combining chemical design with computational tools, they created cholesterol analogs that enable precise spleen‐targeted expression, providing greater applications for ...

Procedure for the formation of a coating on an object by polymerization by luminescent discharge [PDF]
The object to be coated was placed in a reaction area located in a luminescent discharge chamber. By introducing the polymerizable material in this reaction area and applying an electrical field to this reaction, a polymerized film was obtained on the ...

This study developed a bioprinted co‐culture system embedding rat pancreatic islets and Scenedesmus sp. microalgae spatially defined in close vicinity. Red light was found optimal to ensure microalgal photosynthesis while maintaining islet viability and functionality. A tailored co‐culture medium supported both cell types.
