Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.This study introduces polyethylene glycol‐functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to enhance dispersion, interfacial bonding, and 4D printability in polyvinyl chloride‐PCL nanocomposites. The optimized 4D composite (0.5 wt% CNT) achieves a 25% increase in tensile strength, 95.78% shape fixity, and 5‐s recovery time.
