Evolution of lung segmentectomy at our department

A fejlett országokban a daganatos halálozás vezető oka a tüdőrák, melynek incidenciája nem csökken, ezzel a jelenséggel párhuzamosan a társadalmak elöregedése figyelhető meg, egyre több a számos kísérőbetegséggel élő idős beteg. Az összes tüdőrákos beteg mintegy 30%-a alkalmas műtétre, mely jelenleg az egyetlen kuratív jellegű terápiás lehetőség.
