Rapid‐Forming Conductive Antifouling Hydrogel Coating Enables Magnetically Guided Electrochemical POCT for Direct at‑Home Blood Testing

The SPG‐MpECis electrochemical POCT platform developed in this study enables direct detection of biomarkers in complex biological samples such as serum and fingerstick blood, demonstrating high concordance with results from clinical reference methods and holding broad potential for at‐home testing applications.

A glutathione and ultrasound dual‐responsive cerasome achieves sequential co‐delivery of gemcitabine and BMS1166 in tumors.
