Outcomes of HPV+ Oropharyngeal Carcinoma of Unknown Primary Following Transoral Robotic Surgery
ABSTRACT Objectives Treatment of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma of unknown primary (CUP) is challenging. Given the relative rarity of this condition and the recent use of primary transoral robotic surgery (TORS) in modern diagnostic and treatment algorithms, long‐term oncologic outcomes are unclear.

Primary Head and Neck Histiocytic Sarcoma of the Oropharyngeal Posterolateral Wall: A Case Report
Histiocytic sarcoma (HS) is a rare and aggressive malignancy, particularly uncommon in the head and neck region. This report describes the case of a 67‐year‐old male with HS originating from the oropharyngeal posterolateral wall, treated successfully with transoral CO2 laser excision and adjuvant proton radiotherapy.

Observation‐Only Management of Cervicofacial Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Lymphadenitis in Children
This is a retrospective study of immunocompetent children with nontuberculous mycobacterial cervicofacial lymphadenitis who were managed by observation. Kaplan–Meier‐estimated cumulative resolution was 82.8% by 12 months. Observation may be a safe, effective alternative to surgical excision for selected patients.

Branchial Cleft Cyst Carcinoma Remains Grossly Over Diagnosed: A Large Database Analysis
Branchial cleft cyst carcinomas (BCCC) are rare lateral neck malignancies thought to originate from branchial cleft remnants. This study describes the largest cohort of patients with BCCC to date. Most patients were diagnosed with another HNC within 5 years, suggesting a likely misdiagnosis of BCCC. ABSTRACT Introduction Branchial cleft cyst carcinomas

Robotic Resection of Parapharyngeal Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma With Castleman Disease
Parapharyngeal follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is rare and may occur with Castleman disease. We describe the successful transoral robotic resection of a parapharyngeal FDCS associated with Castleman disease, highlighting the role of the robotic approach in achieving tissue diagnosis and definitive treatment.
