ABSTRACT Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)‐related disease (RD) is a systemic fibroinflammatory condition characterized by infiltration of IgG4‐positive plasma cells (PCs). Gastrointestinal involvement may present as submucosal tumor–like lesions and poses diagnostic challenges.
