Although it may be altered organically as in arteriolosclerosis and diabetic angiopathy, its unique architecture makes it prone to spasticity. This article discusses vasospasticity and diagnostic approaches and treatment for Raynaud's vasospasticity, acrocyanosis, and livedo reticularis.
