ABSTRACT Clinical trials combining radiotherapy (RT) with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) have shown improved outcomes in only a fraction of patients, and optimal strategies for integrating these modalities remain under intense investigation. Gene expression signatures from single‐cell transcriptomics predict Sjögren's syndrome

A machine learning‐based 12‐gene signature (SjS.Sig) was developed from scRNA‐seq data of PBMCs from Sjögren's syndrome patients. The model was validated using bulk RNA‐seq datasets and further confirmed through flow cytometry and qPCR analysis in an independent clinical cohort, demonstrating robust diagnostic potential.
