Nanozyme‐Integrated Hydrogel Targeting AGEs for Diabetic Osteoarthritis Therapy
A nanozyme–integrated hydrogel (PTC‐MP) exhibiting with mild photothermal effects is constructed, and a “3R” (restrain‐restore‐reinforce) strategy is proposed for diabetic osteoarthritis (DOA) treatment based on advanced glycation end products (AGEs) targeting.

Aortic aneurysm and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in Marfan syndrome [PDF]
The combination of Marfan syndrome with lymphoma is extremely rare. This report describes a case of Marfan syndrome who presented with chest discomfort and was diagnosed to have an aortic aneurysm and an additional incidental mediastinal mass that on ...

Biomechanics‐Driven 3D Architecture Inference from Histology Using CellSqueeze3D
CellSqueeze3D reconstructs 3D cellular architecture from standard 2D histology images using biomechanical constraints and optimization. Validated on clinical datasets, it enables accurate tissue phenotyping, predicts gene mutations, and reveals significant correlations between nuclear‐cytoplasmic ratio entropy and tumor progression.

Protein kinase CK2 is widely expressed in follicular, Burkitt and diffuse large B-cell lymphomas and propels malignant B-cell growth. [PDF]
Serine-threonine kinase CK2 is highly expressed and pivotal for survival and proliferation in multiple myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma.

Circulating Tumor DNA Measurements As Early Outcome Predictors in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
PURPOSE Outcomes for patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma remain heterogeneous, with existing methods failing to consistently predict treatment failure. We examined the additional prognostic value of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) before and during

Variations in “rescuability” of immunoglobulin molecules from different forms of human lymphoma: implications for anti-idiotype vaccine development [PDF]
Idiotypic (Id) vaccination has shown promising results in patients with follicular lymphoma (FL). However, it still remains unclear whether the same approach might be suitable for the treatment of other B-cell malignancies.

Trojan Horse Strategy: How Biomimetic Nanomedicine Remodels the Tumor Microenvironment
This review focuses on biomimetic nanomedicines for tumor microenvironment (TME) remodeling, covering their diverse biomimetic types, design principles, and mechanisms of immune cell reprogramming and reversal of immunosuppressive microenvironments, with particular emphasis on their application in synergistic immunotherapy.

A20 (TNFAIP3) Alterations in Primary Intestinal Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma [PDF]
The gastrointestinal (GI) tract is the most frequently involved site of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphomas, and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common subtype occurring in the GI tract.
