CCR5 predicts neurotoxicity in CAR‐T‐cell therapy

Patients undergoing chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T)‐cell therapy are at risk of developing immune effector cell‐associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS). We observed an upregulation of CCR5 and CCR2 expression in CD4+ T cells among patients who developed ICANS.

Nodal peripheral T‐cell lymphoma in Finland between 2007 and 2019: Incidence, late morbidity and survival

Summary Data on late morbidity and survival in nodal peripheral T‐cell lymphoma (PTCL) are scarce. This study investigated the incidence, subtype distribution, late morbidity and survival outcomes of nodal PTCL in Finland. The study compared 998 patients with nodal PTCL diagnosed between 2007 and 2019 with matched controls.

Late infections after high‐dose therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation for lymphoma: A Danish population‐based study

Summary Infectious complications after high‐dose therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation (HDT‐ASCT) for lymphoma are the leading cause of late non‐relapse mortality. Characterizing the risk of infectious complications over time is important for rational follow‐up and because alternatives to HDT‐ASCT exist for some patients.
