Assessment of the Tolerability and Optimal Dosing of the Combination of Brentuximab Vedotin and Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory T‐cell Lymphoma: Results of a Single‐centre Phase 1 Dose‐escalation Study

open access: yeseJHaem
Objective We report the results of a pilot study investigating the combination of brentuximab vedotin (BV) and lenalidomide in patients with relapsed/ refractory T‐cell lymphoma. Methods A dose escalation study design was utilized.

CORRELATION OF T-CELL LYMPHOMA SUBTYPES WITH ANEMIA AT DR MOHAMMAD HOESIN HOSPITAL PALEMBANG 2018-2022

open access: yesJurnal Kedokteran dan Kesehatan
Lymphoma is divided into Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Among NHL T-cell lymphoma is a rare malignancy of T cells, accounts for 12% of all NHL cases, it is further classified into 53 subtypes by WHO.

Spatiotemporal and quantitative analyses of phosphoinositides – fluorescent probe—and mass spectrometry‐based approaches

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Follicular T-cell lymphoma

open access: yesJournal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics, 2021
Follicular T-cell lymphoma is a recently described, rare neoplasm with the true incidence still unknown. It is a lymph node-based tumor in which the node shows a follicular pattern of growth. Immunohistochemistry confirms the cells of origin to be follicular helper T-cells and thus plays an important role in the diagnosis of ...

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma [PDF]

open access: yesCancer Control, 1998
Background: Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) represents a spectrum of diseases composed of malignant helper T lymphocytes. An accurate diagnosis of early CTCL is difficult because of the varied clinical and histologic expressions of the disease. Methods:

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Proteasome inhibitor, ixazomib prevents topoisomerase‐I degradation and reverses irinotecan resistance in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.
