Oral Relapsing Lymphomatoid Papulosis: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) is a CD30+ T‐cell lymphoproliferative disorder rarely involving mucosa, where it may mimic aggressive lymphomas. This case highlights its chronic relapsing course, diagnostic challenges with ALK‐negative anaplastic T‐cell lymphoma, and the importance of long‐term follow‐up despite a favorable prognosis.

Primary Mediastinal T‐Lymphoblastic Lymphoma With Airway Stenosis Diagnosed Using Endobronchial Ultrasound‐Guided Transbronchial Mediastinal Cryobiopsy: A Case Report

EBUS‐Cryo provided larger, well‐preserved tissue specimens, enabling a definitive diagnosis of T‐lymphoblastic lymphoma when EBUS‐TBNA was nondiagnostic. EBUS‐Cryo was performed safely despite substantial tracheal compression, highlighting its potential as a minimally invasive diagnostic option for mediastinal lymphoma.
