A 36‐year‐old man with advanced AIDS presented with skin lesions, fever and weight loss. Physical examination revealed skin lesions suggestive of bacillary angiomatosis. Diagnostic imaging identified bone lesions, soft tissue masses and a single hepatic lesion.

Metastases to the skin from carcinoma arising in other organs are uncommon, yet they may be the first presentation of neoplastic disease. They usually originate from primary tumours in the breast, lung or colon. Skin metastases from esophageal adenocarcinoma are extremely rare.

Cutaneous epitheliotropic T‐cell lymphoma in a sugar glider (Petaurus breviceps)
A 3‐year‐old male sugar glider presented with pruritus and alopecia primarily affecting the back and neck regions. Dermatologic diagnostics ruled out common causes. Skin biopsies revealed cutaneous epitheliotropic T‐cell lymphoma, a rare condition in sugar gliders. Despite treatment, the glider's condition worsened, leading to death.
