Weak, Strong and Mixed Extensions of Relations to Spaces of Ultrafilters

ABSTRACT The use of nonstandard methods to characterize properties of weak, strong and mixed extensions of congruences to ultrafilters has been the main topic of several recent papers, focused mostly on congruences and divisions. We show that similar methods can be used to extend these characterizations to arbitrary relations and their interplay.

On the Auslander–Reiten theory for extended hearts of proper connective dg algebras

Abstract We prove that, for a proper connective dg algebra A$A$ with cohomology concentrated in degrees between 1−d$1-d$ and 0, the extended heart Dfd(A)(−d,0]⊆Dfd(A)$\mathcal {D}^{\mathrm{fd}}(A)^{(-d,0]}\subseteq \mathcal {D}^{\mathrm{fd}}(A)$ is an extriangulated category with almost‐split conflations.

Quantitative asymptotics for polynomial patterns in the primes

Abstract We prove quantitative estimates for averages of the von Mangoldt and Möbius functions along polynomial progressions n+P1(m),…,n+Pk(m)$n+P_1(m),\ldots, n+P_k(m)$ for a large class of polynomials Pi$P_i$. The error terms obtained save an arbitrary power of logarithm, matching the classical Siegel–Walfisz error term.
