Kazdan–Warner obstructions for a fourth‐order boundary problem

open access: yesBulletin of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 58, Issue 8, August 2026.
Abstract We derive Kazdan–Warner type identities for the boundary problem of prescribing nonconstant interior Q$Q$ curvature and boundary T$T$ curvature on the upper hemisphere S+4${\mathbb {S}}^{4}_{+}$ by a conformal change of the standard metric.

Weak-strong beam-beam simulations for the Large Hadron Collider

open access: yesPhysical Review Special Topics. Accelerators and Beams, 1999
A weak-strong simulation code is used to study the single-particle stability in the presence of triplet field errors, head-on collisions, and long-range beam-beam interactions at the Large Hadron Collider.

Nonperturbative determination of β functions for SU(3) gauge theories with 10 and 12 fundamental flavors using domain wall fermions

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2019
Nonperturbative lattice field theory simulations provide a systematic framework to investigate properties of conformal systems at strong couplings. These simulations can be performed using different lattice discretizations.

Improving the area-preserving parameterization of rational Bézier surfaces by rational bilinear transformation

open access: yesGraphical Models
To improve the area-preserving parameterization quality of rational Bézier surfaces, an optimization algorithm using bilinear reparameterization is proposed.

Quantum counterpart of equipartition theorem: A Möbius inversion approach

open access: yesPhysical Review Research
The equipartition theorem is crucial in classical statistical physics, and recent studies have revealed its quantum counterpart for specific systems. This raises the question: does a quantum counterpart of the equipartition theorem exist for any given ...

HHL Algorithm for Tensor-Decomposable Matrices

open access: yesQuantum Reports
We use the HHL algorithm to retrieve a quantum state holding the algebraic normal form (ANF) of a Boolean function. Unlike the standard HHL applications, we do not describe the cipher as an exponentially big system of equations.

Linear equations with infinitely many derivatives and explicit solutions to zeta nonlocal equations

open access: yesNuclear Physics B
We summarize our theory on existence, uniqueness and regularity of solutions for linear equations in infinitely many derivatives of the formf(∂t)ϕ=J(t),t≥0, where f is an analytic function such as the (analytic continuation of the) Riemann zeta function.
