Integrin α6‐containing extracellular vesicles promote lymphatic remodelling for pre‐metastatic niche formation in lymph nodes via interplay with CD151

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 13, Issue 10, October 2024.
In BCa, LIPAR linked ITGA6 to RAB5A to form a ternary complex, which blocked GDI‐mediated RAB5A inactivation to trigger the sustained production of ITGA6+EVs loaded with LIPAR. Subsequently, BCa‐derived ITGA6+EVs targeted lymphatic vessels via ITGA6‐CD151 interplay between BCa cells and lymphatic endothelial cells, and delivered LIPAR to activate SELE ...

Achieving Less Than 100 ppb Total Metal Ion Concentration in ESCAP Resins Synthesized by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization

open access: yesMacromolecular Materials and Engineering, Volume 309, Issue 4, April 2024.
The environmentally stable chemical amplified photoresist resin is synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization achieving polydispersity index as low as 1.25. It is then purified by ion exchange with two different resins, IRC747 and A15, which are effective at removing Cu and other metal ions.

Exploring the interplay between PARP1 and circRNA biogenesis and function

open access: yesWIREs RNA, Volume 15, Issue 1, January/February 2024.
Possible ways by which PARP1 and its PARylation activity might regulate circRNA biogenesis and function. PARP1 and PARylation could regulate the various cis and trans mechanisms implicated in circRNA synthesis (pink arc). PARP1 and circRNA may cooperate in fine‐tuning their activities and functions (orange arc).
