ctDNA Detection of Polyclonal KRAS Resistance in Adagrasib‐Treated NSCLC
Longitudinal ctDNA monitoring by ddPCR and targeted NGS in an adagrasib‐treated KRASG12C mutant NSCLC patient revealed the emergence of three new KRAS mutations (G12D, G13D, Q61H), indicating polyclonal resistance, approximately 10 weeks before any radiologic progression by RECIST 1.1.
