BVR area photometry of M15

Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, 1978
An area photometer consisting of a square two-dimensional array of 2500 silicon diodes is described which is particularly suitable for the observation of bright objects with a wide range of intensity and also as an astrometric device in very small fields. Results are reported for BVR observations with this photometer of the bright globular cluster M15.

Studies of the M15 β-Galactosidase Complementation Process

Journal of Protein Chemistry, 1998
M15 beta-Galactosidase was activated by heat-denatured wild-type beta-galactosidase, urea, and heat-denatured wild-type beta-galactosidase, a peptide made up of residues 6-44 of beta-galactosidase and CB2, the peptide that is normally used for complementation (residues 3-92 of beta-galactosidase).
