Combustion and Performance Evaluation of Methanol (M15)-Fueled BS-VI Compliant Light-Duty Spark-Ignition Engine

ASME Open Journal of Engineering, 2023
This study investigated the effect of the methanol–gasoline blend (M15) on the combustion and performance characteristics of a commercial light-duty Bharat Stage-VI (BS-VI) 2020 spark-ignition (SI) engine.

Detection, Structural Elucidation, and Biological Effects of Diverse N-Acyl-homoserine Lactone Signaling Molecules in the Plant-Promoting Endophytic Bacterium Rhizobium oryzihabitans M15.

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2021
Quorum sensing (QS), usually performed by N-acyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs) in Gram-staining-negative bacteria, plays an important role in plant-bacteria interactions. Rhizobium oryzihabitans M15 is a plant-growth-promoting rhizobacterium (PGPR) isolated

BVR area photometry of M15

Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, 1978
An area photometer consisting of a square two-dimensional array of 2500 silicon diodes is described which is particularly suitable for the observation of bright objects with a wide range of intensity and also as an astrometric device in very small fields. Results are reported for BVR observations with this photometer of the bright globular cluster M15.

Partitioning and recovery of an elongation factor (1-γ) of Leishmania infantum chagasi expressed in E. coli M15 with simultaneous endotoxin removal using aqueous two-phase system

Separation Science and Technology, 2020
The 503-antigen, the elongation factor (1-γ) found in the amastigote phase of Leishmania infantum chagasi, could integrate either kits of specific diagnostic assays or vaccines for visceral leishmaniasis.

An emission-line object in the core of M15

Nature, 1986
Optical identification of globular cluster X-ray sources is essential if their evolutionary state and relation to the galactic bulge sources is to be understood. The 10 high-luminosity (⩾1036 erg s−1) X-ray sources associated with globular clusters have very accurate (∼1 arc s) positions from the Einstein Observatory survey1,2.

The luminosity function for the globular cluster M15

Astrophysics and Space Science, 1991
We obtained the luminosity function from the Main-Sequence turnoff region to the subgiants for M15 (V=17.0–19.6), using plates taken by the Kitt Peak 4 m reflector. The measured region isr=2′.5–8′.0 zone. We extrapolated the star counts to the cluster center and to the tidal limit, using King's (1966) photometry, Kinget al.'s (1968) counts, Peterson ...

Studies of the M15 β-Galactosidase Complementation Process

Journal of Protein Chemistry, 1998
M15 beta-Galactosidase was activated by heat-denatured wild-type beta-galactosidase, urea, and heat-denatured wild-type beta-galactosidase, a peptide made up of residues 6-44 of beta-galactosidase and CB2, the peptide that is normally used for complementation (residues 3-92 of beta-galactosidase).

Xylitol Production by Xylose Reductase over producing Recombinant Escherichia coli M15

Madras Agricultural Journal, 2019
Xylitol is a functional sugar alcohol widely used as a sugar substitute. Chemical route of xylitol production is highly expensive, whereas microbial sources offer lower yield and conversion efficiency.

Spatial structure of the globular cluster M15

Astronomy Reports, 2002
The spatial structure of the metal-poor globular cluster M15 is studied as a function of magnitude interval ΔB and the limiting B magnitude of star counts. Astrometric and photometric measurements of two plates obtained with the 2-m reflector of the National Academy of Sciences of Bulgaria were used. Analysis of the differential and integrated apparent

Effect of the Fuel Injection Pressure on Particulate Emissions from a Gasohol (E15 and M15)-Fueled Gasoline Direct Injection Engine

, 2017
Gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines have become popular in transportation sector off late and may possibly substitute diesel engines for various applications because of their superior power output and higher thermal efficiency.
