Optimization of the 503 antigen induction strategy of Leishmania infantum chagasi expressed in Escherichia coli M15

Preparative Biochemistry & Biotechnology, 2018
Leishmaniosis is a complex of diseases that can be fatal, if not given proper attention. Despite its relevance in the public health system, there is no vaccine capable of preventing the disease in humans so far and its treatment is expensive and ...

Neutron-Capture Element Abundances in the Globular Cluster M15

The Astrophysical Journal, 2000
High-resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio, blue-violet spectra of three red giant branch tip stars in M15 have been obtained with the Keck I High-Resolution Echelle Spectrograph. These spectra have been analyzed to determine the abundances of several neutron-capture elements, including the radioactive chronometer element thorium.

Stars Above the Red Horizontal Branch in M15

Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, 1997
We observed thirteen objects first identified by Silbermann and Smith (1995) as being above the red horizontal-branch in the color-magnitude diagram of M15. From vby images taken at CTIO, we used the dereddened metallicity index, mo, to select for metal-poor cluster members.

Research on NOx Emissions of the Engine Fueled with M15

2010 International Conference on Intelligent Computation Technology and Automation, 2010
A numerical simulation model for gasoline engine was established by GT-POWER in order to study the NOx emissions characteristic of vehicle engine fueled with M15 (the methanol and the gasoline in volume ratio 15???85) and was validated by experimental data.
