Mediation of Polygenic Asthma Risk Through Gene Expression

open access: yesAllergy, Volume 81, Issue 4, Page 1089-1098, April 2026.
We apply published PRSs in African‐ancestry individuals and quantify the extent to which the PRS‐asthma relationship is mediated by clinical biomarkers and gene‐expression signatures of asthma. We found the best PRS to be the one derived using the largest sample size and including African‐ancestry individuals.

J_AW,WA functions in Passarino-Veltman reduction

open access: yes, 2009
In this paper we continue to study a special class of Passarino-Veltman functions J arising at the reduction of infrared divergent box diagrams. We describe a procedure of separation of two types of singularities, infrared and mass singularities, which ...

Population and herbarium genomics provide a comprehensive framework for a revision of Microcoleus (Cyanobacteria)

open access: yesJournal of Phycology, Volume 62, Issue 2, Page 454-476, April 2026.
Abstract Microcoleus is a cosmopolitan, filamentous cyanobacterium and a key component of biological soil crusts—complex microbial communities essential for primary production in diverse terrestrial environments. Here, we performed a taxonomic revision of several species of Microcoleus based on a large population genomic dataset.

Threshold and pseudothreshold values of the sunset diagram

open access: yes, 1997
Analytic results for the threshold and pseudothreshold values of the sunset diagram with arbitrary masses are obtained in terms of dilogarithms of ratios of the masses.Comment: 11 pages, plain ...

Genomic Signatures of Microgeographic Adaptation in Anopheles coluzzii Across Urban, Rural, and Forested Environments in Gabon

open access: yesMolecular Ecology, Volume 35, Issue 8, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Species distributed across heterogeneous environments often evolve locally adapted populations, but understanding how these persist in the presence of homogenizing gene flow remains puzzling. In Gabon, Anopheles coluzzii, a major African malaria mosquito, is found in various ecological settings, including urban areas, remote rural villages ...

A massive Feynman integral and some reduction relations for Appell functions

open access: yes, 2007
New explicit expressions are derived for the one-loop two-point Feynman integral with arbitrary external momentum and masses $m_1^2$ and $m_2^2$ in D dimensions. The results are given in terms of Appell functions, manifestly symmetric with respect to the

Integral representations for nonperturbative GPDs in terms of perturbative diagrams

open access: yes, 2002
An integral representation is suggested for generalized parton distributions which automatically satisfies the polynomiality and positivity constraints. This representation has the form of an integral of perturbative triangle diagrams over the masses of ...

QCD sum rules analysis of the rare $B_c \rar X\nu\bar{\nu}$ decays

open access: yes, 2008
Taking into account the gluon correction contributions to the correlation function, the form factors relevant to the rare $B_c \rar X \nu\bar{\nu}$ decays are calculated in the framework of the three point QCD sum rules, where $X$ stands for axial vector

Asymmetry Parameter of the $K_{1} (1270, 1400)$ by Analyzing the $B\to K_{1}\nu \bar{\nu}$ Transition Form Factors within QCD

open access: yes, 2009
Separating the mixture of the $ K_{1}(1270)$ and $K_{1}(1400) $ states, the $B\to K_{1}(1270, 1400)\nu\bar{\nu}$ transition form factors are calculated in the three-point QCD sum rules approach. The longitudinal, transverse and total decay widths as well
