Astro-photometric study of M37 with Gaia and wide-field ugi–imaging [PDF]

open access: yesMonthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, 2022
We present an astrometric and photometric wide-field study of the Galactic open star cluster M37 (NGC 2099). The studied field was observed with ground-based images covering a region of about four square degrees in the Sloan-like filters ugi.

Structural basis for the cold adaptation of psychrophilic M37 lipase fromPhotobacterium lipolyticum

open access: yesProteins: Structure, Function and Bioinformatics, 2008
The M37 lipase from Photobacterium lipolyticum shows an extremely low activation energy and strong activity at low temperatures, with optimum activity seen at 298 K and more than 75% of the optimum activity retained down to 278 K.

The unusual planetary nebula nucleus in the Galactic open cluster M37 and six further hot white dwarf candidates [PDF]

open access: yesAstronomy and Astrophysics, 2023
Planetary nebulae in Galactic open star clusters are rare objects; only three are known to date. They are of particular interest because their distance can be determined with high accuracy, allowing one to characterize the physical properties of the ...
