Squaring Off with M-Series Fan-Out Technology [PDF]
Currently running at volumes in the millions of units per day on 300mm round format, Deca’s M-Series™ fan-out PLP technology and Adaptive Patterning® are being scaled up at ASE to 600 mm for production. The SEMI standard 600 mm square format pioneered by Deca, provides a 500% increase in usable area per panel providing cost-effective capacity growth as

The M-Vector Model: Derivation and Testing of Extensions to M-Square
This article derives and tests a multiple-factor extension of the M-square model (see Fong and Vasicek [1984] and Fong and Fabozzi [1985]), termed as the M-vector model. Tests of the M-square model indicate that the model reduces the interest rate risk inherent in the traditional duration model by more than half.

Weibull M-transform least mean square algorithm
Applied Acoustics, 2020Abstract This paper proposes a new robust learning strategy, which is based on a Weibull M-transform function. The suitability of the Weibull M-transform function as a robust norm has been investigated for different shape and scale parameters, and a Weibull M-transform least mean square (WMLMS) algorithm has been developed.

m-Associate PBIB designs using Youden-m squares
Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 2017In this paper, we have proposed a type of arrangement that we call Youden-m square and is similar to the usual Youden square but generates PBIB designs instead of BIB designs when its columns are t...

The Radix-2m Squared Multiplier
2020 27th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS), 2020Multipliers are present in a large variety of applications. However, it is usually responsible for most of the power dissipation. On the other hand, the squared multiplier is a particular case of the general-purpose multiplier, in which both operands are the same, proportioning many architecture optimizations. This paper introduces the radix-2m squared
