Prototypes for a city machine: installations with video and holography
SPIE Proceedings, 1994This paper will discuss the first tests of LCD video projection onto holograms and resulting artwork. On the busiest shopping street of Cologne, a store-window video-holographic work was installed. A video camera grabbed real-time signal of the feet of passersby and projected them onto a hologram of fire.
