Design and Characterization of DX‐Tile DNA Nanostar‐Based Hydrogels

In this study, the authors demonstrated that DNA DX‐tile‐based multi‐arm motifs can be used to assemble pure DNA hydrogels, offering greater design flexibility and enhanced control over their mechanical properties and functionalization capabilities compared to single duplex‐based DNA hydrogels.

Autophagy Activators Normalize Aberrant Tau Proteostasis and Rescue Synapses in Human Familial Alzheimer's Disease iPSC‐Derived Cortical Organoids

A new cerebrocortical organoid model using isogenic hiPSCs with familial Alzheimer's mutations recapitulates key AD features, including amyloid‐beta and phospho‐Tau aggregation, neuronal hyperexcitability, and synapse loss. Single‐cell RNA‐seq reveals aberrant pathways in excitatory and inhibitory neurons.

Amodiaquine Enhances Anti‐Melanoma Efficacy of Attenuated Salmonella via Targeting Glutathione Reductase in Neutrophils

This study shows that Salmonella VNP20009 recruits pro‐tumor neutrophils that reduce its anticancer efficacy. Lipid‐Facilitated Opening of the ADAM10 Sheddase Revealed by Enhanced Sampling Simulations

Phosphatidylserine acts as a lipid trigger to enhance activation of the sheddase ADAM10. By integrating fluorescence spectroscopy assays with enhanced sampling molecular dynamics simulations, this study shows that phosphatidylserine promotes ADAM10 catalytic activity along with expansion of its extracellular domains, enhancing accessibility to scaffold
