Ginseng polysaccharides prevent mastitis through Lactobacillus murinus‐derived deoxycholic acid and TGR5 signaling

Prebiotic Ginseng polysaccharides (GP) alleviate mastitis through selective enrichment of gut L. murinus, which elevates its anti‐inflammatory metabolite deoxycholic acid (DCA). Circulating DCA engages mammary epithelial TGR5 receptors, triggering the cAMP–PKA pathway to suppress NF‐κB/NLRP3‐mediated inflammation.

Construction of a clickable probe‐based protein chip platform for discovering covalent mIDH1 inhibitors from natural medicinal extracts

In this study, we develop a flexible Ccc‐Chip (protein microarray + bioorthogonal click chemistry) for high‐throughput screening of natural covalent active molecules from medicinal plant extracts, identifying flavokawain C from Piper methysticum Forst as a novel covalent mIDH1 inhibitor.

Caste as a Social Kind

ABSTRACT Gender and race have received significant philosophical attention recently; they are the paradigm cases of social kinds in most philosophical accounts. I argue for the inclusion of caste as a social kind because it affects the lives of many people, and because it presents itself as an important test case for philosophers of social kinds.
