Magnetic Core-Shell Silica Particles
This thesis deals with magnetic silica core-shell colloids and related functionalized silica structures. Synthesis routes have been developed and optimized. The physical properties of these colloids have been investigated, such as the magnetic dipole moment, dipolar structure formation and rotational dynamics of the magnetic silica spheres.
