Magnetic Field Measurement for Electromagnetic Flowmeters
Physics in Medicine & Biology, 1966A method is described for the measurement of magnetic fields in electromagnetic flowmeters and the relevance of this measurement to their design is indicated. An account is given of the principles involved and of the circuit used. Some other methods for magnetic field measurement are briefly discussed.

Measuring nuclear magnetization in strong magnetic fields
Physica B: Condensed Matter, 2003Abstract Al nuclear magnetization has been measured in magnetic fields up to 100 kOe , by use of a capacitive Faraday magnetometer installed in a dilution refrigerator. The sample employed was an Al0.98Si0.02 alloy prepared from high purity (6N) elements.

Measurements of a Magnetic Field
American Journal of Physics, 1961A method for measuring the average value of the magnetic field between pole pieces of a fixed magnet using a current-carrying wire has been developed. This method vividly demonstrates the interplay of electromagnetic and mechanical forces and allows for the measurement of the average magnetic field.

Measuring magnetic fields in space
Contemporary Physics, 1967Abstract Nuclear magnetometers, viz. rubidium and proton magnetometers, are especially suited for accurate measurements of the earth's field from rockets. A description is given of the working principles of these instruments from the viewpoint of their application in space research, including the special measures required to preserve instrumental ...
