Barrier‐Assisted Plasma Doping for Spatially Selective Resistance Engineering in MoS2 Transistors

Barrier‐assisted NH3 plasma doping enables damage‐free, spatially selective carrier modulation in monolayer MoS2 transistors. An ultrathin pV3D3/Al2O3 protective‐dielectric stack acts as a chemical filter that allows NHx radicals to reach the MoS2 surface while blocking plasma damage. Cu‐Pd Dual Single Atoms Promoting Selective CO2 Photoreduction to C2 Products in Seawater

Cu and Pd dual single atoms anchored on TiO2 cooperatively enhance C─C coupling during CO2 photoreduction in seawater. Under xenon‐light irradiation and without a sacrificial reagent/alkaline trapping agent, the catalyst achieves highly selective acetic acid formation.

Mechanically Assisted Magnetic Actuation in Ceramic‐Based Microscrolls for Fast and Durable Soft Robotic Systems

Ceramic‐based V2O5/Fe3O4 hybrid films are shaped into butterfly‐proboscis‐inspired microscroll actuators. Magnetic triggering initiates unrolling, while geometry‐programmed elastic strain energy drives rapid recoil, enabling fast, reversible, durable, and load‐bearing actuation under near‐field magnetic stimulation.

Adsorption‐Engineered Hydrocarbon Ionomers for Durable Proton‐Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

Hydrocarbon ionomers suffer from oxidation‐driven interfacial degradation in PEM fuel cell cathodes, leading to catalyst instability. Here, adsorption‐engineered poly(fluorene) ionomers decouple interfacial anchoring from oxidative degradation, enabling strong catalyst–ionomer interactions while resisting electrochemical oxidation.
