A Universal van der Waals Tunneling Injector for Monolayer CMOS
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A universal van der Waals injector unlocks polarity‐flexible tunneling contacts for monolayer CMOS. SnSe2, an intrinsically degenerate 2D semiconductor, establishes polarity‐specific band alignments with both WSe2 and MoS2 channels, enabling steep switching, high on/off ratios, and a unified route to low‐power 2D logic.

Metastable Polymers for Circular 3D Printing
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.3D‐printed polymers are usually permanent and hard to recycle. Here, metastable polymers are designed to fall apart on demand. A chemical trigger unzips the printed material back into its original building blocks within minutes at room temperature.

Ion Concentration and Voltage Imaging With Fluorescent Nanodiamonds
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.We demonstrate reversible switching between the fluorescent NV0 and the dark NV+ state, in sub‐30 nm FNDs via surface oxidation and hydrogenation, respectively. In an electrochemical cell, we show that the fluorescence from hydrogenated particles enables all‐optical imaging of voltages and ion concentrations at the micrometer scale.
