Metallic Magnetic Nanoparticles
In this paper, we reviewed some relevant aspects of the magnetic properties of metallic nanoparticles with small size (below 4 nm), covering the size effects in nanoparticles of magnetic materials, as well as the appearance of magnetism at the nanoscale in materials that are nonferromagnetic in bulk.

Abstract In paleomagnetism, bulk measurements of entire samples have traditionally been used to characterize remanent magnetization. While effective, this approach provides only a general directional estimate and cannot resolve spatial variability or magnetization at the grain scale.

Influence of Nanocrystalline Structure on the Magnetic Properties of Wires and Microwires
The determining factors of the outstanding magnetic properties of the so‐called nanocrystalline materials are described. The discussion is based on results performed on wires and microwire materials with general composition FeSiB(CuNb) and obtained by different rapid solidification techniques.

Interplay Between Structure and Interfacial Interactions in Fe‐Gd Synthetic Ferrimagnets
Synthetic ferrimagnets with nearly identical Gd–Fe compositions but different architectures and crystallinity were investigated by element‐resolved microscopy, structural analysis and atomistic spin simulations. The results show that Curie temperature and domain evolution are governed primarily by structural order and interface quality, demonstrating ...

In this paper we present studies on the frequency dependence of the magneto‐impedance in the range of 0.1–2 MHz for Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3Cu1 and Fe73.5Si16.5B6Nb3Cu1 nanocrystalline ribbons, which differ in the sign of the magnetostriction constant. As cast samples were annealed in Ar atmosphere at 560℃, with and without an DC and AC magnetic field.

Anomalies in the magnetostrictive modulation of love surface acoustic waves
A magnetic surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor is built by growing a 100 nm galfenol (Fe72Ga28) film by sputtering between the interdigitated transducers of a SAW delay line.

A theoretical framework links stress‐induced changes in the Young's modulus of Fe₇₂Ga₂₈ layers to their magnetization dynamics under SH‐SAW excitation. This interaction produces a sharp sensor response near the coercive field, highlighting FeGa's magnetoelastic sensitivity.
