Interlayer Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya Interaction in Synthetic Ferrimagnets for Spiking Neural Networks
This work introduces a groundbreaking integration of asymmetric magnetic structures (synthetic ferrimagnets) and antisymmetric magnetic interaction (interlayer Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction) for the first time. It addresses the critical challenge of IL‐DMI detection and shows the discovery of unprecedented analog‐like spin‐orbit torque switching ...

Magneto-Ellipsometry Investigations of Multilayer Nanofilms of Fe and Co [PDF]
Spectral ellipsometry technique is demonstrated to be a useful tool for the investigation of optical and magneto-optical parameters of magnetic heterostructures. Ellipsometry parameters ψ, Δ were measured in the range of 350-1000 nm.

The density and ordering of the bubble/skyrmion lattice hosted by Fe/Gd multilayers can be significantly enhanced using an in‐plane field to align the stripe domain state. As a result, the laser‐induced breathing mode dynamics are strongly modified, showing both an increased amplitude and frequency.

Infrared magneto-optical properties of (III,Mn)V ferromagetic semiconductors
We present a theoretical study of the infrared magneto-optical properties of ferromagnetic (III,Mn)V semiconductors. Our analysis combines the kinetic exchange model for (III,Mn)V ferromagnetism with Kubo linear response theory and Born approximation ...

ABSTRACT Objects violating Kirchhoff's law of thermal radiation exhibit unequal absorptivity or emissivity at symmetrical polar angles relative to the normal direction, providing prerequisites for approaching thermodynamic limits in radiative cooling and photon energy conversion, such as the Landsberg limit.

Ab-initio study of electronic and magneto-optical properties of InAs:Mn
Energy difference between the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic collinear orderings has been calculated for the uniform and dimer Mn-pair geometries in order to find the ground state distribution of the Mn atoms in InAs host.
