Clean‐Limit 2D Superconductivity in a Thick Exfoliated Kagome Film
This study reports clean‐limit 2D superconductivity in a thick kagome system, analogous to the 3D case. It observes a drop in superfluid stiffness near the superconducting transition and a cusp‐like feature in the angular dependence of the upper critical field.

We demonstrate a novel method for the excitation of sizable magneto-optical effects in Au by means of the laser-induced injection of hot spin-polarized electrons in Au/Fe/MgO(001) heterostructures.

The present work was originally undertaken as a sequel to a recent paper in which I discussed certain questions connected with the refractive index, but its scope has widened out considerably. The presence of a static magnetic field in no way effects the central difficulty of the earlier work, and it seemed therefore worth while to make the small ...

This work presents a novel sensing platform using metallo‐dielectric cryosoret nano‐assemblies and lossless photonic crystals to overcome limitations of conventional plasmonic biosensors. The hybrid system enhances both electric and magnetic field interactions, enabling amplified fluorescence, ultralow detection limits, and prism‐free, objective‐free ...

Theory of Magneto-resistance of Disordered Superconducting Films
Recent experimental studies of magneto-resistance in disordered superconducting thin films reveal a huge peak (about 5 orders of magnitude). While it may be expected that magnetic field destroys superconductivity, leading to an enhanced resistance ...

Solar magneto-convection [PDF]
AbstractAn overview is given about recent developments and results of comprehensive simulations of magneto-convective processes in the near-surface layers and photosphere of the Sun. Simulations now cover a wide range of phenomena, from whole active regions, over individual sunspots and pores, magnetic flux concentrations and vortices in intergranular ...

Direct Evidence of Topological Dirac Fermions in a Low Carrier Density Correlated 5d Oxide
The 5d oxide BiRe2O6 is discovered as a low‐carrier‐density topological semimetal hosting symmetry‐protected Dirac fermions stabilized by nonsymmorphic symmetries. Angle‐resolved photoemission spectroscopy, quantum oscillations, and magnetotransport measurements reveal gapless Dirac cones, quasi‐2D Fermi surfaces, high carrier mobility, and a field ...

Fermi Surface Nesting and Anomalous Hall Effect in Magnetically Frustrated Mn2PdIn
Mn2PdIn, a frustrated inverse Heusler alloy, showing electronic‐structure driven anomalous Hall effect with Weyl crossings, Fermi‐surface nesting and near‐zero magnetization ideal for low‐magnetization spintronics. Abstract Noncollinear magnets with near‐zero net magnetization and nontrivial bulk electronic topology hold significant promise for ...

Multicomponent Magneto-Orbital Order and Magneto-Orbitons in Monolayer VCl3. [PDF]
Van der Waals monolayers featuring magnetic states provide a fundamental building block for artificial quantum matter. Here, we establish the emergence of a multicomponent ground state featuring magneto-orbital excitations of the 3d2-transition metal trihalide VCl3 monolayer.
