Microwave Magnetoelectric Couplings in FeCoB/Piezoelectric Bilayers
IEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 2013This paper deals with the study of magnetoelectric structures which could allow the emergence of a new class of microwave tunable devices. Our interest was focused on composite magnetoelectric structures which associate piezoelectric substrates and magnetostrictive layers in order to get a variation of microwave permeability thanks to an electric field.

Anomalous Magnetoelectric Coupling Effect of CoFe2O4–BaTiO3 Binary Mixed Fluids
ACS Applied Electronic Materials, 2019We report an anomalous magnetoelectric coupling effect of CoFe2O4–BaTiO3 binary mixed fluids, which were prepared by distributing surfactant treated (oleic acid) magnetic CoFe2O4 and ferroelectric BaTiO3 nanoparticles into highly insulating base fluid ...

Magnetoelectric coupling in strained strontium titanate and Metglas based magnetoelectric trilayer
Journal of Alloys and Compounds, 2019Abstract Direct magneto electric coupling is observed with a magnetoelectric coupling coefficient (MECC) of 806 mV cm−1 Oe−1 at 750 Hz in strontium titanate (STO) - Metglas - strontium titanate (STO-Metglas-STO) trilayer thin films with a total thickness of 600 nm.

Effect of magnetic bias field on magnetoelectric coupling in magnetoelectric composites
Journal of Applied Physics, 2003The effect of dc magnetic bias field on the magnetoelectric coupling of a two-component magnetoelectric composite structure is investigated numerically using the finite-element method, in which the nonlinear magnetostress coupling for the magnetostrictive component is taken into account. It is shown that the magnetostress coupling coefficient increases

Electric field control of magnetism ultimately opens up the possibility of reducing energy consumption of memory and logic devices. Electric control of magnetization and exchange bias are demonstrated in all‐oxide heterostructures of BiFeO3 (BFO) and La0.

Magnetoelectric coupling by acoustic wave guide
Journal of Applied Physics, 2016Magnetoelectric (ME) coupling by acoustic waveguide was developed. A very strong axial ME response was observed. The dependences of the sample size and the frequency of the ac field on the ME coupling were investigated. Several resonant points were observed in the frequency range applied (<50 kHz).
