Three‐Dimensional Heterogeneous Bonding for High‐Density and Low‐Noise TMR Sensing Arrays
This study demonstrates a three‐dimensional heterogeneous bonding approach to fabricate compact TMR sensing units with double junction numbers and improved magnetic performance. Optimized Au─Au bonding and angled etching improve device integrity, noise characteristics, and magnetoresistance.

Leaky‐Integrate‐Fire Neuron via Synthetic Antiferromagnetic Coupling and Spin‐Orbit Torque
A spintronic leaky‐integrate‐and‐fire neuron is realized using Spin Orbit Torque driven domain‐wall motion for integration and synthetic antiferromagnetic coupling for the leaky process. The specialized Hall‐bar geometry enables controlled DW dynamics, achieving repeatable integration and firing events. This compact, CMOS‐compatible design highlights a

Remote detection optical magnetometry
Sensitive magnetometers have been applied in a wide range of research fields, including geophysical exploration, bio-magnetic field detection, ultralow-field nuclear magnetic resonance, etc. Commonly, magnetometers are directly placed at the position where the magnetic field is to be measured.

MnRhP has been identified as a novel kagomé magnet that hosts magnetic skyrmions above room temperature and exhibits a large intrinsic anomalous Hall effect. The latter originates from Berry curvature associated with gapped nodal lines, establishing MnRhP as a promising platform for exploring high‐temperature topological phenomena in both real and ...

Mechanism of Solid Solution‐Driven Texture Induced by Ag Doping in YBCO Superconductor
Ag‐doped YBCO with a designed concentration gradient is produced by dual‐material co‐extrusion and freeze‐drying. During annealing, Ag+ ions diffuse into Y123, substituting for Cu(1) and inducing c‐axis relaxation. This leads to the formation of [001]‐oriented YBCAO, creating a coherent interface that templates the textured growth of Y123. Consequently,

Exchange Length Tailored Magnetic Resonance for Broadband Absorption in FeCo‐Based Alloys
To break the high‐frequency magnetic loss bottleneck in soft magnetic alloys, a magnetic exchange length (Lex)‐guided strategy is proposed. Cu doping increases Lex and intergranular coupling, which effectively reduces magnetic anisotropy and pushes the exchange resonance to 12.0 GHz.
