Vacuum characteristics of magnetorheological elastomers
Abstract A model of gas evolution from the surface layer of a magnetorheological (MR) elastomer, which is a promising material for use in vacuum systems, is described. The results of research of the partial composition of gases exhaled from the MR elastomer for different heating temperatures depending on the pumping time are given.
