Transfer of Energy and Momentum Between Magnetoactive Surface Microstructure and a Solid Object
We demonstrate that magnetoactive multilamellar arrays subjected to a rotating magnetic field can function as platforms for controlled transport of physical objects. Through systematic experimental investigation, we elucidate the underlying physical mechanisms determining the upper limit of the achievable transportation speed in such magnetic “conveyor‐

On the magnetic field and temperature monitoring of a solenoid coil for a novel magnetorheological elastomer base isolator [PDF]
Following a successful experimental validation of a magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) base isolator, this study presents one of the major concerns, the heating of the magnetic coil, in the design and development of the adaptive MRE based isolator.

Strain rate behavior of magnetorheological materials
Strain rate response of two Hydroxyl-terminated Polybutadiene/ Iron (HTPB/Fe) compositions under electromagnetic fields has been investigated using a Split Hopkinson Pressure bar arrangement equipped with aluminum bars. Two HTPB/Fe compositions were developed, the first without plasticizer and the second containing plasticizer. Samples were tested with

MagPiezo enables wireless activation of endogenous Piezo1 channels without genetic modification using 19 nm magnetic nanoparticles and low‐intensity magnetic fields. It generates torque forces at the piconewton scale to trigger mechanotransduction in endothelial cells, standing as a novel platform to interrogate and manipulate Piezo1 activity in vitro.
