Hyperfine coupling to 29Si$^{29}{\rm Si}$ and 73Ge$^{73}{\rm Ge}$ nuclear spins limits hole spin‐qubit coherence in Ge heterostructures. We demonstrate device‐grade, nuclear‐spin‐free 70Ge$^{70}{\rm Ge}$/28Si70Ge$^{28}{\rm Si}^{70}{\rm Ge}$ quantum wells grown on industrial SiGe buffers with minimal use of enriched precursors.

This study explores the origins of life by linking prebiotic chemistry, the emergence of information‐carrying molecules such as RNA and proteins, and philosophical questions about consciousness. The study emphasizes the role of molecular evolution in the Central Dogma and provides insights into the chemical origins of biology and the basis of life's ...

Ag Nanowire‐Integrated MoS2/ZnO Heterojunctions for Highly Efficient Photogenerated Charge Transfer
A versatile strategy is reported for fabricating multi‐dimensional heterojunctions with significantly improved charge transfer capability. By integrating Ag nanowires with a MoS2/ZnO heterojunction, a fourfold increase in surface photovoltage is achieved, reaching 200 mV under visible light illumination.

Low‐Power Control Of Resistance Switching Transitions in First‐Order Memristors
Joule losses are a serious concern in modern integrated circuit design. In this regard, minimizing the energy necessary for programming memristors should be handled with care. This manuscript presents an optimal control framework, allowing to derive energy‐efficient programming voltage protocols for resistance switching devices. Following this approach,

Visualizing and Quantifying microRNA‐Induced DNA Origami Separation at the Nanoscale
Clinically relevant miRNA biomarkers trigger the disassembly of DNA origami dimers into monomers through a toehold‐mediated strand displacement reaction. High‐speed AFM was used to visualize this reaction in real time, while solid‐state nanopore measurements quantified the populations of dimers and monomers, as well as the resulting miRNA concentration,

Pressure‐Induced Structural and Magnetic Evolution in Layered Antiferromagnet YbMn2Sb2
Pressure tunes the delicate balance between structure, magnetism, and electronic states in quantum materials. In YbMn2Sb2, high‐pressure X‐ray and neutron diffraction reveal a trigonal‐to‐monoclinic transition near 3.5 GPa, accompanied by unconventional magnetic ordering.
